Songwriter Sean Garrett is responsible for writing hits for Britney Spears, Chris Brown, and many others. He is most recently known for helping co-write Usher's new song "Papers". He went on record to say that the track is half true coming from Mr. Raymond's perspective and half is not true and is just part of the song. I can believe that, seeing that Usher didnt write the song entirely by himself. Alot of people have been giving Usher flak for not actually signing the divorce papers, but in the song he says he's ready people...he didnt say I already signed them papers! It's just like someone contemplating breaking up with their spouse talks to their friends about it before actually doing or not doing it. Ush is doing the same thing except it's through music. Anyway the song is performing well on the charts and went from number 60 to 17. All he needs to do is release a good video.
