Destiny's Child will be in Chicago Tuesday, December 8th in court. The group is getting sued for copyright infringment for their song "Cater 2 U" from their "Destiny Fufilled" album. It has to do in part with Matthew Knowles taking songs and slapping Beyonce's name on the writing credits. This story is nothing new as Bey has been in court numerous times for stealing peoples songs. But this time they say Kelly is allegedly fed up with Beyonce & the Knowles camp and that's why she has strayed away from them as of recently. Let's see what comes about of this. I wish I knew the specific court they would be in...because I sure would go and be nosey lol.
