You may remember Fizz & Boog of the popular R&B boy-band quartet B2k. Now a duo, they embark on their own journey to stardom and deceided to speak with Excite about it. Steeming from their new track "Bounce" from the Bring It On: Fight To The Finish soundtrack they will be releasing an EP titled "NightLif e" read on for more info on them!

EM: Hey, what's up guys how are you today?
Fizz&Boog: We good.
EM: So how did you guys come about working with each other?
Fizz&Boog: Well we started a label, signed acts...and it wasn't going right. So we thought we would work on our own label, build a brand.
EM: So what is the title of your new album?
Fizz&Boog: Nightlife.
EM: Why that title?
Fizz&Boog: We titled it that because that's how we living. We're expressing our lives you know we're 23 and 24 and we're building on that.
EM: What can we expect from the album?
Fizz&Boog: Alot of personal experiances. We're living life, but not just partying. It has some substance to it as well, we have a song "Empty Bottles" talking about getting over a girl so you have a drink and wake up seeing all the empty bottles in the room.
EM: Is that going to be the second single?
Fizz&Boog: Naw, the second single is going to be "I Swear" with T-Pain.
EM: Will there be any other features on the album?
Fizz&Boog: No other features. We want it to totally us, so you can see who we are.
EM: Is there any other artist you would like to work with in the future?
Fizz&Boog: We wanna work with everyone(laughs). Drake, Jeremih, Pleasure, Trey Songz, Pharrell, Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis.
EM:So your image before was the good boys next door, is that an image you're trying to break away from?
Fizz&Boog: We just being us! Not bad or good, just showing you Fizz & Boog.
EM: So what made you drop the J from J-Boog...and the Lil from Lil Fizz?
Boog: Everyone known me as J-Boog...I got it from fans and everyone around me. You can still call me J-Boog, that's still my name.
EM: The last movie you guys were in was "Steppin", will there be anymore acting projects in the future?
Fizz&Boog: Yeah definitely, we want to do buddy films...like Will Smith & Martin.
EM: So we saw the YouTube show you guys had, can you tell us what made you do it?
Fizz&Boog: Letting everybody see we were working and not just talking. We want to show we're regular people.
EM: So is there any chance of a B2k reunion?
Fizz&Boog: It's possible. We've all grown past that.
EM: Alright, well thanks for doing the interview with us and good luck with everything.
