Leona Lewis was hit by a so-called fan while signing autographs overseas. Reports state after a man received an autograph he punched her in the face. Security captured the man, and he was caught laughing after the whole thing. The picture above is her leaving and you can see she was hurt. She also cancelled her performance she was suppose to do that night. This is sad news and her new album "Echo" will drop in November.
